Two seasons, one property
Furano is one of the few Hokkaido ski towns with a strong summer. Lavender fields peak in July, and Biei, cycling and Asahiyama Zoo bring families through the summer. A property priced for both seasons can earn far beyond the ski months.
How we run Furano properties
- Separate pricing for powder weeks and lavender weeks.
- Winter care for snow and freezing, priced for the season.
- Listings that explain driving in winter and the distance to the lifts honestly, which keeps reviews high.
Furano is about three and a half hours by road from Niseko, so we only take on Furano properties where a local partner can clean and reach the property within the time the health centre requires. We confirm this for your address before we send an estimate. If we cannot, we will say so.
