Sapporo
City apartments and houses with steady demand all year. Check zoning before buying for minpaku.
Otaru
Old town houses near the canal, close to Kiroro and 30 to 40 minutes from Sapporo by train.
Furano
Powder in winter and lavender fields in July give Furano two seasons.
